Shipping policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advice, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there's and issue with verifying your address we may email or a call will be made from us to you (the customer) to ensure shipping address is correct.
If you realize that you input your information incorrectly please contact us (sofiasfashionshop19@gmail.com) as soon as possible. We will try our best to fulfill your request and make changes. if we are unable to make the correct changes we do not take responsibility for incorrect information input (by customer).
You will receive your order 2-3 days after it has been shipped out, not from date the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process the order. This is just an estimate, does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped you will receive and email with your tracking information.
If your tracking information stated that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must contact United States Postal Service. Sofias Fashion Shop & Accesories does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable .
